I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just next to the Shin-Osaka station with easy access to the Shinkansen and local subway lines. The rooms are spacious, perfect for a group of five adults and a child to hang out comfortably. The service was top-notch, with multilingual staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was delicious with reasonably priced options. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.
